Breezily.co.uk Terms and Conditions

By joining Breezily.co.uk you agree to the following terms and conditions:
  1. Site Membership and Termination of Accounts
    You must be a resident of the UK to apply for a Breezily.co.uk account and claim Breezily.co.uk Loyalty Cash Credits.
    We reserve the right to refuse membership and to terminate any Breezily.co.uk account without notice at any time and at our sole discretion.
    You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us.
    We cannot issue payment against a closed or terminated account which has a cash balance under the minimum threshold of £20.

  2. Bonuses
    As a Breezily.co.uk member you can earn Breezily.co.uk Loyalty Cash Credits by completing transactions with a number of independent retailers.
    We will try to ensure these bonus details are correct and valid although we cannot be held responsible for incorrectly advertised offers.
    Breezily.co.uk Loyalty Cash Credits can only be awarded to Breezily.co.uk members logged into our website who have accessed the retailer's website via our special links and completed the transaction with the retailer.

    All transactions you make are not with Breezily.co.uk, but with the individual retailers who are solely responsible for the goods and services you order.
    Breezily.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any content (including prices changes where we have not been notified) of third party sites outside of our control.
    Your Breezily.co.uk account will only be credited with Breezily.co.uk Loyalty Cash Credits when the retailer confirms your transaction with us. Usually this confirmation occurs within 48 hours, although sometimes retailers process transactions when their returns policy date has expired (this can be 30 days or longer). Should the goods or services be refunded or the transaction otherwise cancelled then the Breezily.co.uk Loyalty Cash Credits payment will not be made, or if the bonus has already been credited it will be removed.

    All transactions are electronically logged and reported back to us by the retailer or their agents. If we, the retailer or their agents are unable to track your transaction due to your computer configuration or other technical reasons we may be unable to credit your bonus. Breezily.co.uk will make every effort to ensure retailers correctly report all transactions although Breezily.co.uk cannot be held responsible should their systems fail to record your transaction and hence no bonus can be credited.

  3. Payment Schedule
    Cash payments will be issued by PayPal within 30 days after you have requested payment, on your balance at the time of payment request, once your total balance is equal to or exceeds £20. Accounts with totals under this amount will be carried forward.

    Should a retailer delay payment or cease trading then we will make every effort to recover your bonuses however Breezily.co.uk makes no guarantees of payment until all monies have been received by us from the retailer or their agents.

  4. Members Communications
    All members will receive occasional emails from Breezily.co.uk, providing updates on the latest member's offers and general information. You are required to provide and maintain a valid email address.

    Your email address will not be sold, shared or rented to a third party.

  5. Modification of Agreement
    We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and at our sole discretion by posting a revised agreement on the Breezily.co.uk website.

  6. Miscellaneous
    This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without reference to rules governing choice of laws.

    Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.
